Who we help

We build products that help people. Each one is judged by what it changes for the person using it, and by how far it reaches beyond the people who made it.

You might run a small business, lead a team or work on your own. The problem usually looks like one of these.

  1. What you know lives only in your head.

Teachers, coaches and independent experts with years of practice and no easy way to hand it on.

What changesYou say it out loud, and it becomes a written record in your words, with what you said kept apart from anyone's guesses.

Coach 30-DayA spoken interview that turns experience into a structured record.
  2. You want to offer your service online.

Teachers and small businesses held back by platforms that charge per customer and decide how the experience feels.

What changesA site built around how you and your customers work, that you run yourself.

Poetry in MotionA teacher publishes her own classes, and members pick one by the time they have.
  3. Your tools don't fit how you work.

Professionals and teams whose tools hold the work but make it hard to see and change on the go.

What changesA tool built around how your day runs, so you can see and change the work from your phone.

Project TasksOur old system caught every task but was hard to manage on a phone, so we built one that isn't.
  4. People find your product hard to use.

Teams whose product works but asks too much of the person on the other end.

What changesWe redesign it around the moment someone reaches for it, and check it at phone and desktop sizes.

Thoughts we built

Three projects: one built for a movement teacher's studio, two of our own. Each shows what shipped, why, and what is still open.

  1. Poetry in Motion

    What we built
A membership site with a 10, 20 or 30 minute filter, code sign-in, and an upload page she runs herself.
    Where it stands

  2. Project Tasks

    Own product · 2026

Someone running several projects needs to see the day's work on a phone and catch a thought without stopping to file it.
    Who it helps
    One person running several projects
    What we built
A phone-first task list with capture from any screen and a brief waiting at 6:30 each morning.
    Where it stands

  3. Coach 30-Day

What we build with you

You bring the problem and the people it's for. We take it from a first version you can click to a finished product people use, and you see the work at every stage.

  1. Prototype

We build rough, working versions of your idea that you can click and react to.

Ends withA direction you chose from the real thing.

    What happens
We map the whole idea, then build the smallest version that answers the biggest open question.
    What you get
Clickable versions, often several side by side, and a note of which you chose and why.
How you stay in the loop
You try each version yourself and pick the direction.
    How we check quality
Prototypes are quick and disposable. The check is whether each one answered its question.
  2. Design

We design each screen around the person using it, on a phone and on a computer.

Ends withScreens you've approved, ready to build.

    What happens
We work out how each screen looks and behaves, including empty pages and errors.
    What you get
Designs you can click through, and each decision written down with its reason.
How you stay in the loop
You review the screens as they take shape, and your feedback goes into the next version.
    How we check quality
We measure text contrast for readability, and check every screen at phone and desktop sizes.
  3. Development

We build it one working piece at a time, each one something a person can do that they couldn't before.

Ends withA tested product, ready to launch.

    What happens
Each piece starts as a few pass-or-fail checks, then is built end to end.
    What you get
A working product early, growing piece by piece in a test version kept apart from the live one.
How you stay in the loop
You see each piece working as it's finished, and we pick the next one together.
    How we check quality
Every change ships with its own test. Key paths, like signing in and paying, are tested automatically before going live.
  4. Finished product

We put it live, check it on the day, and keep refining it as people use it.

Ends withA live product, refined as people use it.

    What happens
We put it live and check the main paths that day. For Poetry in Motion, a real paid join, a trial and playback.
    What you get
A live product, with tools for the parts you change yourself, like publishing new classes.
How you stay in the loop
As people use it, you tell us what gets in their way and we keep refining. Poetry in Motion's Studio came after launch.
    How we check quality
Each release is checked once it's live, and errors are reported to us as they happen.
